This rich, creamy smoothie is packed with ingredients that work hard for your body, particularly your hormones, mood and energy.
Containing HotTea Mama’s And Breathe Hot Chocolate - a nourishing blend of 42% Ghanaian cacao, chai spices and ashwagandha root. Each ingredient is chosen to support calmness and clarity, in body and mind.
And Breathe Hormone Nourishing Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder or collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons And Breathe Hot Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1–2 frozen cauliflower florets (adds creaminess and fibre without taste!)
- 250ml nut milk of choice
Method
1) Add all ingredients to a blender.
2) Blend until smooth and creamy.
3) Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy slowly - ideally with a moment of calm.
