Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 250ml milk of choice
- 1 small banana mashed
- 2tbsp Go With The Flow Hot Chocolate
- 1tbsp honey
- 1tbsp yoghurt
Method
1) Mix the oats, milk, banana, yoghurt, honey & Go With The Flow in a jar.
2) Cover and refrigerate overnight
3) In the morning stir (add a splash more milk if the texture is too thick) & enjoy!
