And Breathe Brownie Balls 

Ingredients
10 Medjool dates (I soak mine in water to soften)
3 tbsp oat flour (just blended oats)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Lots of cinnamon
100g dark choc (for the coating)

Method
Blend everything together (aside from the dark choc) and roll into balls (add 1 tbsp of water at a time if the mixture gets stuck or too thick).
Freeze for 20–30 mins (or until firm).
Melt 100g dark chocolate and coat the balls.
Chill in the fridge for another 10 mins.
Finish with a sprinkle of salt on top.
