How to Brew Radiant Roast

Perfect for moments when you crave that coffee comfort but still want balance, whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or simply easing off caffeine.
To help you get the best flavour, here’s how to brew Radiant Roast at home using a cafetière or V60 coffee dripper.
Brewing with a Cafetière
Method:
- Add 15g (about one heaped tablespoon) of Radiant Roast per 300ml of water.
- Pour the boiling water over the grounds water and stir gently.
- Place the lid on your cafetière but don’t plunge yet. Let it brew for 4 minutes.
- Slowly press the plunger down, pour, and enjoy immediately.
If you like a stronger flavour, increase the amount of coffee slightly or extend the brewing time by 30 seconds.
Brewing with a V60 Dripper
Method:
Place the filter paper in your dripper and rinse it with warm water to remove any papery taste. Discard this rinse water.
- Add 15g of Radiant Roast to the paper filter.
- Start with a small pour (about 40ml) to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring the rest of the hot water slowly in circular motions until you reach 250ml in total.
- Allow all the coffee to drip through – this should take about 3 minutes in total.
