RASPBERRY LEAF - There is a potent chemical compound called fragrine within Raspberry Leaf that makes uterine muscles contract, and strengthen. This is linked to helping regulate periods, reduce heavy flow, and cramping.

CHAMOMILE has calming properties, which have been found to also reduce symptoms of anxiety, which can sometimes affect us all around our period.
