Originally designed to support you in the newborn haze, this anti-oxidant rich blend of white peony tea and whole rose buds, is useful long after the fourth trimester.

This is primarily because of it's unique combination of caffeine and theanine. Each cup contains c. 90mg of caffeine - higher than a standard black tea, but lower than a coffee. This stimulant can help keep you awake when you need it. But when combined with the natural relaxant, theanine, you can get a genetle, slow release of caffeine. Giving you more 'bang for your buck' - especially if you're liming the caffeine in your diet because of nursing your baby.

Rosebuds have also been used for millennia to support women suffering from PMT, and as a result, they can help with post-birth pain and cramping. As well as making the blend delicious.

How To Brew

Use 1 tea bag per 300ml cup.

Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes.

Don't throw your bay away after the first cup - retain and use to make at least 2 cups per bag.

Brewing instructions for Newborn Wonder white tea - use one bag per cup, 80 degree water and brew for 305 minutes.
