Over The Moon is hand crafted with botanicals that have traditionally been used to support regulating periods, easing period pain and supporting women’s wellness. Raspberry leaf, dandelion root, whole chamomile flowers, gingko biloba and rose, have all been used for millennia to support women’s cycles and fertility.
Alongside this, our Night Owl blend offers and calming and soothing cup, to help you feel calm and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. As having a baby is often far more stressful than we want, a relaxing hug in a mug is what we all need sometimes.

TASTING NOTES
OVER THE MOON
A soothing blend of flowers and herbs, with calming notes of chamomile flowers balanced with sweet spearmint.
NIGHT OWL
Lavender and whole chamomile flowers, balanced with valerian root and limeflowers, to make a relaxing caffeine -free cuppa.
It isn't advisable to add milk to either blend, but a spoonful of honey is the perfect way to sweeten them if you enjoy sweet tea.

RASPBERRY LEAF has been linked to balancing hormones and strengthening uterine muscles, though it’s important to say that no long term human studies exist. However, it has long been used as a traditional way to support women because of 2 different chemical compounds within it that are linked to helping TTC. Firstly, phyto-progesterone and fragarine. It’s recommended that if you’re drinking raspberry leaf TTC, you should drink 2-3 cups starting on the 1st day of your cycle, but stop during ovulation, then start again.
SPEARMINT is linked in studies to balancing hormones and studies have shown a positive impact on PCOS.
CHAMOMILE FLOWERS are extremely calming and some studies show them to have strong benefits. They can hopefully help you to feel more relaxed and hopefully aid sleep which can all have a benefit to your body and mind feeling relaxed as you go through your journey.
