Infusion Instructions

Use 1 whole leaf tea pyramid per cup, and brew for 3-5 minutes.

Consider leaving the bag in for Get Up & Glow, as it's delicious brewed strong!

Brewing instructions for HotTea Mama tea - use one bag per cup, 80 degree water and brew for 3-5 minutes.
